We may share within the SAKURA PARTNERS the personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and all other personal information to the extent necessary for the appropriate and smooth operation of SAKURA PARTNERS.
In such cases, SAKURA GODO shall be the responsible manager for personal information within the SAKURA PARTNERS.


In addition, we may share the personal informationacquired in connection with seminars and others events jointly held with other individuals or organizations co-hosting the event to the extent necessary to carry out such joint event.
In such cases, SAKURA GODO will be in charge of managing for personal information.
4. Security of Personal Information
We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the disclosure, loss of, tampering with, or damage to any personal information acquired.
In addition, we will instruct and supervise our staff as necessary and appropriate regarding the management of personal information.

In case all or part of the handling of personal information is outsourced, we will instruct and supervise outsourcer as necessary and appropriate.

We will not provide personal information to third parties except with the prior consent of the individual or as permitted by laws or regulations.
6. Requests Regarding Personal Information
In case an individual whose personal information we hold require to inform that individual of the purpose of use of that information, to disclose that information, to amend, supplement or delete that information, to temporarily suspend or permanently cease the use of that information, to cease providing that information to a third party, we will respond to that request in accordance with the laws or regulations, after confirming that the request is from the individual to whom the information relates.
